Vision
The Al Cesky scholarship will honor the memory of a respected role model and perpetuate his values recognizing outstanding high school seniors for generations to come. The awards reflect the excellence of the students' athletic and academic achievements. Inherent in these achievements are the values of sportsmanship, fairness, equal opportunity, and community service participation. These values are consistent with the tradition established and modeled by Al Cesky as exemplified in the lives of the award winners.

There are 30 general members of The Albert Cesky Scholarship Fund, Inc. Members of the corporation serve three-year terms and may serve more than one term. There are 10 members selected by the Chamber of Commerce, 10 by the Harford County Board of Education and 10 by the Cesky family.
